1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or hiring Spirit Web Design, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Spirit Web Design provides two services for local service and trade businesses:

Custom Website Design: mobile-friendly, fast websites built to bring in calls and quote requests.
Receptionist Services: call answering and message handling so you do not miss customers while you are on the job.

The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed with you before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and images in a timely manner, and to review drafts and give feedback promptly. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any materials you give us.

4. Payments

Fees and payment schedules are agreed in writing before a project starts. Late payments may delay work or pause services until the balance is settled.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once your final payment is received, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you. We may display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, fonts, and images remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Receptionist Services

We do our best to answer calls and pass along messages accurately and promptly. Service availability may be affected by phone carriers, internet outages, or other factors outside our control.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spirit Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We build every site and service to help you get more calls and customers, but we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
